Assessment & Planning
Our project team confirms slab or footing thickness, reinforcement (rebar/mesh), access routes, and adjacent finishes. Utilities are located and marked, and isolation cuts are planned to keep vibrations low and surroundings intact.
Protective & Prep Measures
We install surface protection, set sealed work zones, and arrange dust/slurry containment. Utility points are safely isolated and capped by licensed trades before any breaking begins.
Breaking & Removal
Using saw-cuts and hydraulic breakers, we section concrete into manageable pieces, separate rebar, and load out in a controlled sequence. The approach reduces noise, vibration, and collateral damage.
Cleanup, Backfill & Handover
Concrete and metal are diverted to recycling where possible. If in scope, we backfill with clean material in compacted lifts, then finish-grade. A brief completion note documents utility isolation, recycling, and disposal.
