Scope & Planning

We review drawings and onsite conditions to define exactly which walls, ceilings, trims, and fixtures will be removed. Keep-safe zones are marked and utilities, finishes, and access routes are mapped for a smooth sequence.

Protective Measures

Before work begins, we install floor/wall protection and seal the area with dust barriers. HEPA air scrubbers manage particulates. Electrical, water, and gas lines are identified, isolated, and safely capped.

Removal & Dismantling

Our crew removes drywall, trims, doors, lighting, and plumbing fixtures as specified—using careful scoring, prying, and controlled dismantling to protect adjacent surfaces. Debris is staged neatly and hauled out without damaging finished areas.

Site Cleanup & Handover

We sort recyclables (metal, certain plastics, cardboard) and dispose of other waste responsibly. Final broom-sweep and vacuuming deliver a clean, build-ready space. You’ll receive a short completion report noting safety checks and waste management
