Site Review & Utility Locate

We confirm foundation type (slab, stem wall, pier), depths, and proximity to services. Utilities are located, isolated, and capped. Access, trucking, and staging are planned to keep the site organized.

Cutting & Breaking

Control cuts separate the foundation from adjoining structures and utilities. Our crew uses saws and hydraulic breakers to section concrete for safe lifting and loading without over-vibration.

Removal & Haul-Off

Concrete and rebar are lifted out, sorted, and sent for recycling where possible. Excavation proceeds to the agreed depth, with subgrade inspected and prepared for backfill.

Backfill, Compaction & Handover

Clean fill is placed in lifts and compacted to spec; compaction testing can be arranged on request. Final grading delivers a stable, build-ready surface. A short completion report covers disposal records and compaction details.
