Protective Measures & Containment

Full-height barriers, negative-pressure units, and HEPA filtration maintain air quality. Paths and elevators are protected for clean material flow.

Non-Structural Strip-Out

Ceilings, partitions, flooring, casework, and select MEP terminations are removed per scope, coordinating with building management at every step.

Verification & Handover

Spaces are vacuumed and broom-clean; penetrations are made safe. A brief completion report documents phasing, controls, and waste handling.
