Scope & Weather Plan
We confirm the tear-off scope (full roof, slope, or section), set no-go areas, and pick a weather window. Contingencies and temporary coverings are prepared to protect interiors.
Safety & Site Setup
Guardrails, harness systems, and roof anchors are installed. Ground protection, debris nets, and designated drop zones keep your property safe and organized throughout the work.
Tear-Off Process
Shingles/tiles, underlayment, and damaged decking are removed systematically. Penetrations (vents, chimneys, skylights) are handled with extra care, and all nails/fasteners are magnet-swept from grounds and gutters.
Temporary Cover & Cleanup
We install temporary weatherproofing or coordinate with your roofer for immediate re-roof. Recyclables (as applicable) are separated; non-recyclables are hauled off. Final sweep and a short completion note document safety checks and waste handling.
