Salvage-First Planning

We walk the space to identify reusable doors, cabinetry, fixtures, trim, appliances, and finishes. A phased plan targets what to remove, what to keep, and the best path for donation or resale to reduce waste and costs.

Protection & Site Setup

Floors, walls, and entry paths are protected. Work zones are sealed with dust barriers; HEPA filtration manages particulates. Utilities are safely isolated and capped before any dismantling starts.

Careful Dismantling

Our crew hand-removes items in a controlled sequence—labeling, padding, and staging salvage to avoid damage. We coordinate with your builder/designer so the remaining structure and finishes are preserved exactly as required.

Sorting, Donation & Handover

Materials are sorted for reuse, donation, or recycling; documentation is provided upon request. Final vacuuming and a clean handover ensure the site is ready for the next trade.
