Safety Preparation
Areas are secured, adjacent floors protected, and coordination established with engineers and trades to ensure safety during elevator preparation activities in compliance with project sequencing, logistics, building management, requirements, schedules.
Removal Preparation Process
Mechanical components, cab assemblies, doors, and guide systems are disconnected or removed as required to prepare shafts for demolition or reconstruction phases, structural, modifications, retrofits, upgrades, inspections, coordination, safety, compliance.
Completion & Stabilization
The area is stabilized, debris cleared, and documentation completed so follow-on demolition or construction work can proceed safely and efficiently within regulated environments, schedules, approvals, engineering, oversight, planning, coordination, execution.
