Permits & Planning
We coordinate demolition permits, utility disconnects, and neighbor notifications as required. A site plan covers access, staging, erosion controls, and any salvage you’d like to retain or donate.
Site Setup & Protection
Perimeter fencing, tree/landscape protection, and dust-suppression are installed. Contents (if any) are cleared or protected; silt controls and traffic plans keep the area orderly and compliant.
Teardown & Load-Out
Our crew executes a controlled mechanical teardown, sequencing roof, framing, and foundations to keep the site stable and safe. Reusable items are salvaged per plan; debris is sorted as we go for efficient hauling.
Recycling, Grading & Handover
Concrete, metals, and clean wood are recycled where possible; remaining waste is responsibly disposed of. We rough- or finish-grade per scope and provide a concise completion report covering permits, recycling, and final conditions.
