Make-Safe & Site Controls
Exclusion zones, shoring/bracing (as specified by your structural professional), and utility isolations are set. Dust suppression, traffic control, and perimeter security protect tenants, pedestrians, and adjacent properties.
Controlled Teardown
Damaged elements are removed in a prioritized sequence (façade hazards, unstable bays, compromised roofs), using compact or heavy machinery as conditions allow—always maintaining a live safety watch.
Debris Management & Handover
Debris is segregated for recycling where feasible; hazardous materials are handled per plan. We deliver a clean, stabilized site and a short incident completion note for your records.
