Condition Review & Plan

We assess the assembly (steel, concrete, wood), anchorage points, and façade tie-ins. Work zones and access routes are set, with a removal plan that maintains building safety and minimizes disruption.

Access & Safeguards

Scaffolding or aerial access is installed with fall protection. Interior areas are sealed; debris nets, chutes, and collection bins keep the site tidy and neighbors protected.

Removal Sequence

Components are removed top-down and section-by-section. Anchors are released in a controlled order, and elements are lowered—not dropped—to prevent façade damage and noise spikes.

Make-Safe, Patch & Cleanup

Exposed penetrations are sealed; temporary weatherproofing is installed. We coordinate basic patch-back (by scope) and recycle metal where possible. Final cleanup and a completion note document safety checks and waste handling.
