Project Evaluation

We examine plumbing locations, tile assemblies, waterproofing layers, and framing conditions to determine the safest demolition approach while avoiding unnecessary damage to critical systems.

Containment Setup

Dust barriers, floor protection, and ventilation controls are installed to keep debris contained and prevent dust or moisture from spreading into adjacent areas.

Selective Demolition

Fixtures, tile, flooring, and finishes are removed in sequence to protect plumbing rough-ins and maintain structural integrity for the upcoming rebuild.

Clean Turnover

The bathroom is fully cleared, debris removed, and surfaces left open so contractors can begin reconstruction without delays or corrective demolition.
