Our project team confirms pool type (gunite, fiberglass, vinyl), access routes, and adjacent structures. We handle draining, utility isolation, and permit coordination, then agree on full removal or partial fill-in per local code and your future plans.
Drain, Break & Remove
We dewater safely, disconnect lines, and break shell sections or remove the entire structure. Decks, coping, and equipment pads are dismantled in sequence to protect surrounding areas.
Backfill & Compaction
Clean fill is placed in lifts and compacted to spec for a stable surface. We can arrange third-party compaction tests if requested, ensuring the area is suitable for landscaping or future construction per your plans.
Final Grading & Handover
Topsoil and finish grading deliver a level, usable yard. Recyclables (metal, concrete) are diverted; waste is hauled off. You receive a brief completion note covering permits, compaction, and disposal.
