Assessment & Planning

Our project team maps ceiling assemblies, subfloor conditions, and concealed services. We create a targeted plan to remove specified ceiling panels and floor coverings while preserving surrounding structure and finishes.

Protective Preparations

We set up floor runners, wall shields, and overhead drapes, then seal work areas with dust barriers. HEPA filtration and negative-pressure units maintain air quality. Utilities are isolated and permits handled before removal starts.

Removal Process

Using hand-held saws, pneumatic breakers, and compact machinery, our crew systematically strips ceiling materials and flooring (hardwood, tile, vinyl, carpet). Work proceeds area-by-area to avoid collateral damage and maintain a clean workflow.

Site Cleanup & Preparation

Recovered materials are sorted for recycling where possible. Final vacuuming, moisture testing, and level checks confirm readiness for the next trade. A completion note documents safety checks and waste handling.
