We verify whether the structure is attached or detached, note shared walls/roofs, and map utilities and access. A step-by-step plan protects adjoining living spaces and preserves any keep-safe elements you specify.
Make-Safe & Prep
Utilities are isolated and capped; contents are cleared or protected. We install dust barriers, ground protection, and fall-prevention systems. Neighbor and driveway protection is planned before work starts.
Tear-Down & Removal
Using a controlled sequence, our crew dismantles roofing, framing, doors, and slabs (if included). For attached garages or carports, tie-ins to the main house are handled carefully to avoid collateral damage.
Cleanup & Rebuild-Ready
Concrete and metal are recycled where possible; remaining debris is removed. We can saw-cut and remove the slab or leave a clean edge for rebuild. Final sweep and a short completion report wrap the job.
