Scope, LOTO & Planning
Assets, weights, and paths are documented; lockout/tagout and fluid drain-down steps are set with your maintenance/EHS teams.
Protection & Controls
Floor protection, barricades, and public-way controls are installed. Hot-work permits and ventilation are readied if needed.
Disconnect, Dismantle & Rig
Utilities are isolated; machines are sectioned and rigged using skates, forklifts, or cranes. OEM interfaces are coordinated when required.
Load-Out & Closeout
Metals go to recycling; residues are handled per plan. Areas are broom-clean and ready for the next operation, with a brief serial/asset note on request.
