Assessment & Plan
We review liner or concrete type, pumps, filters, and access. Wildlife/fish relocation can be coordinated on request. Utilities are scheduled for isolation.
Drain & Disconnect
Water is drained and filtered as needed; pumps, lighting, and plumbing are disconnected and capped. Silt control protects nearby drains/landscaping.
Remove & Backfill
Liners or basins are removed; concrete is broken out and hauled off. Clean fill is placed in lifts and compacted to spec to avoid future settling.
Grading & Handover
Finish grading and topsoil prepare the area for landscaping or new use. A brief completion note documents disposal and compaction details.
