Survey & Method Planning
We review garage type (cast-in-place, precast tees, post-tensioned), spans, ramps, and adjacency to roads or occupied buildings. A step-down sequence and de-tension plan are set with your structural professional’s direction.
Safeguards & Mobilization
Exclusion zones, overhead protection, and traffic plans are installed. Dust suppression, vibration monitoring, and noise controls are established to protect the public and neighbors.
Staged Dismantling
Decks, beams/tees, and cores are brought down in controlled lifts. PT cables are safely released per plan, with spotters and barricades to maintain a tight safety envelope.
Load-Out, Recycling & Closeout
Concrete and metals are sorted for recycling; haul routes keep streets clear. We rough/finish grades per scope and provide disposal/recycling tallies at handover.
