Protection & Prep
Work zones are sealed with dust barriers; HEPA air scrubbers manage particulates. Adjacent finishes and fixtures are protected end-to-end.
Stripping & Surface Prep
Adhesives, thinset, mastic, and coatings are removed systematically. We level high spots and profile the surface to the spec your installer needs.
Cleanup & Readiness
Final vacuuming and moisture/flatness checks confirm readiness for new flooring. Waste is sorted for recycling where possible and removed.
